Chicken Chile Verde with Yams (Box)
Who doesn't love to shred chicken and yams!? Chicken breast is the star of the show, but the supporting act is equally as strong. We simmer Tomatillos, Poblanos, Jalapeños, Garlic and Onions and blend them into green sauce goodness. We then fold in the tender, shredded chicken and serve it over a bed of sweet yams. If you’re a fan of Chile Verde or you just want to “get huge”, load up on this one!
